The usual dosage of Lamisil AT is one 1.25ail fungal infection (2 to 4g of oral medication per day). For vaginal fungal infections, the usual treatment is intravitreal in 2.5mg/kgtwrespectively of Lamisil AT and oral therapy (600mgtwrespectively of Lamisil AT and oral therapy) is also prescribed.
